The products presented in the GREEN LEAF online store are food products.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 of March 19, 1994, on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, high-quality food products are not subject to exchange and return.

Exchange and return of goods of INADEQUATE QUALITY

If such a nuisance occurs and you receive a low-quality product, you have the right to:

• Replacement of such a product with a quality one
• Refunds for defective goods

Exchange and return of defective goods are possible if there is an original sales receipt (invoice).
